I provide and help you to personalize a diet and lifestyle plan in order to optimize your overall health. The goal is for you to take these habits, so that you are consciously eating healthy foods that promote vibrant physical and mental health while supporting a strong immune system along with preventing disease. Meal plans are developed based on your needs and always inform your Doctor on any changes in diet.
I am a certified integrative medicine provider. This service is also for clients who are eager to reduce frustrating symptoms caused by anxiety, depression, ADHD, and other mental health disorders. I teach you how holistic approaches like diet, supplements, and nutrition will help
ease your symptoms.
Initial Nutrition Evaluation and Assessment: 60 minutes for $ 150
Follow-Up Session:60 minutes for $75
Speaking engagements for mental health and/or Nutritional Wellness
Court Appearances - $2500/appearance (Includes preparation, research, appearance in court and travel fees)
Professional speaking - $2500 plus 0.59 per mile, accommodations and food per diem (if applicable)
Walk & Talk Holistic Healing (Beach or Local Park)- We Will Be Doing Mindfulness & Bodywork (must be cleared by your Physician)
60 minutes $150 or 75 minutes $175
Group Expression Paint Night
90 minutes- $150 (Supplies are provided for attendant)

I accept all major health insurance companies. I accept all major credit cards along with cash as a form of payment. Payment is due prior to starting the session.

Please be mindful when you are not able to attend a session. Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance. As a result of not cancelling on time or no show, there will be a fee of the private pay price of the session.

Some of the circumstances where disclosure is required or may be required by law are: where there is a reasonable suspicion of child, dependent, or elder abuse or neglect.
Where a client presents a danger to self, to others, to property, or is gravely disabled; or when a client's family members communicate that the client presents a danger to others. I will make an effort to in these cases to report to the proper authorities.

Fees & Policies
Fees for service are due at the time of service. Cash, personal check, credit card (Visa, MasterCard American Express, Discover. Insurance may or may not cover for the above services. Reimbursement depends on your individual coverage and your diagnosis.
Reimbursement is your responsibility to submit and collect for; however, any documentation you may need to support your claim for coverage will be provided to you.
